12/23/2011 - Open House - international research project
Our tender to a participate in the Open House - Benchmarking and mainstreaming building sustainability in the EU based on transparency and openness (open source and availability) from model to implementation, was awarded in November. In the confines of the international research project receiving funding from the European Community a we received invitation to perform “Basic and Quick Sustainability Assessment” of the OPEN HOUSE methodology for two Office buildings in Hungary (Nordic Light Offices building and Corvin I offices building).

We achieved special mention at the urban- and landscape design competition for 420 apartments social housing complex, Ócsa-Alsópakony architectural competition.

5/24/2011 - Corvin Promenade Project, designed by our studio was awarded first price at Prix d’Excellence in Specialised Project Category.
Corvin Promenade won the Prix d'Excellence, the most valuable award of excellence price of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). Besides Corvin Promenade 2 other Hungarian project was awarded at the real estate Oscar competition this year (Bécsi Corner office Building and Eiffel Square Office Building).
